Assistant to the Artistic Director

for Ate9 Dance Company

In the summer of 2015, I was the Assistant to the Artistic Director of Ate9 Dance Company, Danielle Agami. In this role, I not only had responsibilities directly under Danielle, but I also had responsibilities to the company as a whole. I was the Rehearsal Director for the Mouth to Mouth tour at Velocity Dance Center in Seattle, WA and the Rehearsal Director and Stage Manager for the Moves After Dark performance at the Los Angeles Music Center. In these roles, I took videos of rehearsals, kept notes of corrections and handled the audio equipment. Other responsibilities I had were creating rehearsal schedules, communicating with venues and managing props for the Moves After Dark Show.

In terms of the work I did directly under Danielle, I helped create many documents such a mission statement, press kits, newsletters, project proposals, web pages and more. Additionally, I conducted three photo shoots with Ate9 for which I took and edited images that were used for promotional materials on their website and in the newsletters I created.
